IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
effective March 20, 2010
- Premier OHS will be replaced by My Well Care. The location and phone numbers will remain the same but 833-6634 will become the primary/preferred telephone line.
- Gilbert Woodall Jr., MD, a boarded Occupational Medicine specialist, will be replaced by Clarissa Arthur MD, a board certified Family Practitioner. The staff will remain the same.
- The emphasis of the practice will shift from purely Occupational Medicine to include general acute care (e.g. sore throat) and chronic care (e.g. high blood pressure).
- All records, payments and billing will remain separate. After the 20th, Premier OHS inquiries should be directed to PO Box 2343, Brentwood, TN 37024 or voice mail or fax at 1-800-516-2974.
Dr. Woodall expresses his appreciation for the relationships and business he was allowed with you and your employees over the past 7 years. He is moving to a salaried position with CHS Medical to provide services for the Smyrna Nissan facility and its satellite facilities.
Dr. Arthur is looking forward to expanding the services available.

Our physician, Gilbert E. Woodall, Jr., MD, MSPH, is a board certified Occupational Medicine`/ Preventive Medicine specialist. He has over twenty-five years of broad and distinguished experience. During his career he has worked as a physician, medical director, educator and consultant in military, industry, university, hospital, and private practice settings. He has served as president of local and state medical societies and as a member of the board of directors for the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He is also certified as a Medical Review Officer.

 The clinic hours are:
Monday through Friday from
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Walk-ins are gladly accepted, but calling ahead as a courtesy and appointments where appropriate are encouraged (available for same day service). This allows us to balance the schedule and achieve a service record of 99% of patients in and out in less than one hour while still allowing more time actually spent with the provider -- a "premier difference".
