For most employers drug testing is a choice, but Drug and Alcohol Testing is required most notably under federal DOT programs (FAA, FMCSA, FRA, FTA, PHMSA, USCG) as well as in other areas for certain government employees. Premier Occupational Health Services offers a full range of drug and alcohol test services and medical review. We have an experienced Medical Review Officer who is certified for federally regulated MRO functions and for routine testing. He is also well trained in drug addictions, behavioral disorders and rehabilitation. We have also been a part the Tennessee Drug Free Workplace program since its inception.

We use only SAMHSA certified labs for urine drug testing (as required for federal testing) and all our reported positive results have been confirmed by GC-MS (the gold standard). MRO services to exclude legitimate medical use are required for all regulated drug screen programs - we include MRO services in all our urine testing packages. This shields the employer/requester from all the subtrefuge, excuses, and myths surrounding drug screen results. Companies who have set up accounts with us also have access to 30 years of expertise in developing their policies and reviewing their results.

Premier Occupational Health Services also provides Breath Alcohol Testing compliant with federal regulations. The tester is certified to operate the DOT certified confirmatory level equipment we use.
